The Project module is used to manage and control projects.
This is done by creating and updating the projects with their associated subsections, budgeting, registration and invoicing. The following sections describe the individual elements in the project management system.
A Project is a task or job which is to be effected over a period of time for a particular customer (debtor). The project can be subdivided into Sections which can be further subdivided into Activities.
Regardless of the subsection chosen for the individual projects, it is possible to perform budgeting and registration on all three levels, for instance to perform a general budgeting of the administration of the project, while budgeting specific tasks in relation to their sections and activities.
