The Sales module is used to record and control sales orders, including invoicing items sold, bills of materials, and services. The Sales module can be used for direct invoicing, as well as for registering orders for later delivery and back orders.
From the Sales module items can be reserved from stock, production and purchase for delivery to a particular customer.
From the Sales module it is also possible to print quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices, as well as to produce reports and statistics.

The Sales module is integrated with the Ledger, Debtor, and Stock modules. Entries in the Sales module which have a bearing on these modules will automatically update the relevant tables in those.
All updates of delivery notes and invoices take place independently of any simultaneous report printing. It is therefore possible to reconstruct any delivery notes and invoices previously printed and/or updated at any time.
